Return Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items with minor cosmetic imperfections, such as small scratches, paint chips, or dents. If you believe your item has a significant defect, please contact us at 801collectors@gmail.com with detailed images, and we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis to determine a possible resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

  • 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and exchanges.
  • The return or exchange must be communicated and requested within 3 business days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Before approving a return or exchange, we will inspect the item. If damage is determined to be due to misuse by the buyer and renders the item unsellable, the return will be rejected.
  • The restocking fee is calculated based on the product’s price, excluding shipping costs.
  • If a product is non-refundable, it will be clearly stated in the product description.
  • Items returned due to manufacturer defects must also be in original condition to be eligible for return or exchange.


Order Cancellations

  • 20% cancellation fee applies to all order cancellations.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
  • For pre-orders, if you choose to cancel before the item has shipped, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied.


Additional Considerations

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging.
  • If an item is returned due to the recipient being unavailable for signature upon delivery (if required), the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Estimated arrival (ETA) dates for pre-orders are not guaranteed shipping dates. If your pre-order has not shipped by the ETA, this indicates that the product has not yet been released. We prioritize shipping as soon as products arrive.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 to 72 hours on weekdays.
  • Shipping times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Please account for potential delays during holidays.


International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping. To receive a shipping quote, please email us at 801collectors@gmail.com with your shipping address and the items you wish to purchase.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, including the shipping carrier and tracking number.
  • If you do not receive a tracking email or encounter issues with tracking, please contact us at 801collectors@gmail.com for assistance.


Available Shipping Methods

  • We determine the shipping carrier based on the package dimensions and weight.
  • For addresses within the lower 48 U.S. states, standard shipping is via USPS First Class. Larger orders may be shipped via UPS or the most cost-effective option.
  • If you require expedited shipping (e.g., Next Day Early), please contact us for a quote.
  • For international orders, we provide competitive shipping quotes using USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and GlobalPost.


Insurance & Signature Requirement

  • All shipments include insurance covering the package's value, which is factored into the checkout price.
  • Orders valued at $199 or more require a signature upon delivery. If the package is returned due to an unsuccessful signature attempt, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, notify us within 3 business days of the delivery date so we can work with the carrier on a resolution.
  • Claims submitted after this timeframe may be denied due to carrier restrictions.
  • 801 Collector is not responsible for damages occurring outside of our control. Insurance claims for transit-related damages must be processed through the shipping carrier.
  • For consignment packages sent to us by customers, 801 Collector assumes responsibility only after confirmation of receipt and condition. We are not liable for any damage or loss during transit to us. Please package your items securely to prevent damage.


Local Pickup

  • If you prefer local pickup, please contact us before placing your order. Orders placed for shipping cannot be converted to local pickup once processed.


Returned Packages & Address Changes

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, relocation, or failed signature delivery, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • If you would like the package re-shipped, you will be responsible for an additional shipping charge.
  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address corrections cannot be made once an order has shipped.
